Name of the project: Creation of a hydro-agricultural landscaping on the Sarrat dam in the governorate of KEF-Tunisia: ”Civil Engineering work for hydraulic structures and buildings ”

Description of the project area:

The future areas to be developed are located in   Ouled Boughanem and Mahjouba, 40 km south-west of the center of the governorate Le Kef -Tunisia

Within the framework of the national objectives of the development of the agricultural field, and as a solution to the intensification and the diversification of the agricultural productions, the CRDA of Kef plans to create an irrigated perimeter starting from the waters of the dam of Sarrat on an area of ​​4500 ha.

The areas to be irrigated in this project are distributed among the delegations of Kalaat Khasba, Kalaat Senan, Djerissa and Tejerouine (all cities are of the governorate of KEF)

Project details: The project is subdivided into 3 sub-lots

SUB LOT1: Construction of a pumping station and premises for Agricultural Development Groups (ADG) for the irrigated areas. ADG is the future project manager.

The Lot comprises:

• A water input of the station coming from the dam (chamber of the annular valve).
• A sump and a suction cover.
• A pump room and an electrical equipment room.
• Ancillary works (exploitation areas and houses) as well as external facilities (car park, fence, drainage, etc. …).
• Construction of premises for Agricultural Development Groups (ADG) which will manage the project.

SUB LOT2: Construction of the 20,000 m3 water storage basin and its ancillary works in the area of Ouled Boughanem (El Felta).

The Lot comprises:

• A semi-underground, 20.000 m3 concrete storage tank fed from the pumping station, including the execution of the works as well as the transport and laying of the DN 1250 mm steel cylinder core pipe, the drainage pipe in FB DN 800, the drainage ducts under the basin with the exception of the hydro mechanical equipment that will be the responsibility of the Owner.
• Common facilities (parking, fence, rainwater sanitation, etc.).

SUB LOT3: Construction of the water storage basin of 20.000 m3 and its ancillary works for the Mahjouba Area

The Lot comprises:

• A semi-underground storage tank, made of 20,000 m3 concrete, fed from the pumping station, including the execution of the project, as well as the supply, transport and installation of the steel cylinder core feed pipe DN 1250 mm, the drainage line FB DN 800, and drainage ducts under the basin, with the exception of the hydro-mechanical equipment that will be the responsibility of the Owner.
• Common facilities (parking, fence, rainwater sanitation etc.)

Cost of civil engineering part of the project: 6,856,741,300 Tunisian Dinars (TND) [TTC]
